Esteña started from a simple idea: renting a house on the coast should feel like arriving at a friend’s place where someone thought of everything.
We manage properties and stays in Punta del Este and José Ignacio. For guests that means a fast answer, a spotless house and someone to call. For owners, a well-kept home, clear accounts and zero 3 am phone calls.
We work with few houses on purpose. We would rather know each one in detail than have a long catalogue.

To select, care for and operate a limited portfolio of homes in Punta del Este and José Ignacio, resolving every stay with a service that is excellent, tailored and deeply personal. We are local people who know every corner, every supplier and every house closely, and we put that knowledge at the service of one single thing: that you can trust everything will be taken care of.
